About
After receiving my degree in Computer Science from Brown University in 1994, I worked for a series of technology firms beginning with Lotus Development Corp. (now IBM). I also worked many years as a freelance software developer for firms such as American Express.
In 1997, I founded my first Web development firm. We helped many small businesses establish their first Web presence at a time when most people were just beginning to discover the Web.
Eventually, I was lured to Silicon Valley to join an Internet startup during the "dot-com explosion". Several years later (after my stock options became worthless), I moved back East and was hired to architect and develop two large consumer portal sites. The first was agreatertown.com—a valuable resource for locally-based small businesses. The other was vitals.com—a consumer healthcare portal which currently receives over 3 million visits per month.
In 2009, I again opened the door to building websites both small and large and expanded into key areas of Internet marketing such as search-engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
Finally, as an entrepreneur, software engineer, Web developer, and electronic musician, I have both a deep and wide range of skills and experience when it comes to the Internet, media and technology. So if there are any technology projects you'd like to discuss, please don't hesitate to contact me.
